A resilient and empowered mindset is what exercise Shoor-veer aims to cultivate in young participants. Students in grades 5 through 8, who are between the ages of 11 and 14, should consider it. While emphasizing the development of leadership skills and encouraging courage, the program seeks to ingrain a positive attitude, teamwork, and a sense of patriotism. By engaging in activities that develop vital life skills and boost confidence, students are given the chance to grow personally and discover who they are.

The program goes beyond traditional education by including engaging and exploratory components to promote the development of interests, values, and a distinct sense of purpose. Students have the chance to develop empathy, become accustomed to healthy living habits, and understand the importance of disaster management by actively engaging in Exercise Shoor-veer. This holistic approach ensures that participants not only build physical prowess but also sharpen their cognitive abilities.
